The Bend Movement Club is our seasonal community program – offering affordable group yoga classes across multiple locations in Dunedin. Each round runs for 8 weeks, and we run four Movement Clubs each year.

Classes are a mix of stretching + meditation (yin-inspired) and flow + breathwork (vinyasa-inspired) – all designed to help you feel better in your body and mind.

Whether you're after a once-a-week reset, a consistent two-class routine, or the flexibility to drop in when it suits – there’s an option for you.

Please bring your own mat to each session (except the lunchtime classes in the CBD). All other props are provided. Wear comfortable clothing, bring some water, and we’ll take care of the rest.

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Flow + Breathwork

One Class Per Week – $100 for 8 weeks
Choose your preferred class and lock in your weekly spot.
